Providing Fazaa program services to all beneficiaries of the Abu Dhabi Social Support Program

The Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Social Security Fund for Employees of the Ministry of Interior with the aim of enhancing joint cooperation between the two parties to provide Fazaa program services to all beneficiaries of the Abu Dhabi Social Support Program.
The memorandum of understanding is part of the Authority's efforts to realize a network of strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors. This is part of its efforts to enhance living standards and secure a decent and dignified life for beneficiary families and help them to alleviate their burdens.
The two parties will collaborate to assist beneficiaries of the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority who hold the "Fazaa Discounts" free card to get better access to services provided by the "Fazaa" program. The card includes a range of discounts, services, and offers from Fazaa stores. These include more than 6,000 subsidized foods and consumer goods, discounts of up to 50% from more than 2,500 brands in 5,500 locations such as retail, restaurants, and other outlets as well as personal car insurance, and other services that will benefit the card holders and enable them to meet their daily needs. |

His Excellency Abdulla Humaid Al Ameri, Acting Director General of the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority, said: “We are pleased to cooperate with the Social Security Fund for Employees of the Ministry of Interior, and we commend its pivotal role in improving the quality of life and spreading happiness and positivity in society, and we value the role of the ’Fazaa Program’ in strengthening social cohesion and providing better services for the good of beneficiary families and their members.”
His Excellency added: "The memorandum of understanding is among the initiatives launched by the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority to provide facilities and services to all beneficiary families, reduce their financial burdens and enable them to meet their financial needs. His Excellency added that the Authority will continue to forge partnerships that support beneficiaries and contribute to achieving the vision and directives of the wise leadership of providing a decent life and social stability for Emirati families in Abu Dhabi.”

For his part, Lt. Col. Ahmed Mohamed Buharoon Al Shamsi, Director General of the Social Security Fund for Employees of the Ministry of Interior and Executive Director of Fazaa, stressed the Ministry’s keenness to strengthen partnerships to enhance the quality of life of Emiratis by expanding and diversifying the circle of beneficiaries of the pioneering solidarity services provided by Fazaa.
He pointed out that the memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority is among the most important objectives of the Fazaa initiative. He said it is of a socially symbiotic nature, whereby services are provided to its beneficiaries and card holders and enables them to achieve a decent life for their families, which in turn contributes to social stability and security. |
